Ethan first rose to prominence as Randy Hickey in the noughties sitcom alongside the likes of Jason Lee.
But in a new snap, he showed off his transformation as he lost more than 21 stone.
The actor previously decided to embark on a health journey and has regularly shared updates on his journey on social media.
In one reel posted onto his grid page, he wrote: “My dear friend @thatkevinsmith sent me a couple pics with the text “look how far you’ve come!” Hi e ain’t lying!”
He also showed off his washboard body and bulging bicep muscles in a tight grey t-shirt.
The star has also grown a full dark beard and he also flaunts his tattoos that poke out from under his tight sleeves.
Ethan has undergone a complete transformation as he turned around his food addiction, as he showed his fans how he looked at his heaviest.
In one before and after post he could at first be seen at his heaviest, but viewers can then swipe to see him flexing his ripped figure whilst relaxing in the pool.
He wrote a long essay in the caption where he reflected on: “Two perspectives (a mantra, a practice, a work in progress).”
And the star has received tons of support from many fans online who flocked to the comments sections of his posts.
